PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire with high run-flat durability and low rolling resistance. SOLUTION: This pneumatic tire comprises a pair of beads 1, a pair of side walls 2, tread parts 3 connected to both of the side walls 2, a carcass 4 extending like a toroid between the pair of the beads 1 and reinforcing them, a bead filler 7 arranged outside of a tire radial direction of bead cores 6 embedded in the beads 1 respectively, and a pair of side reinforcing rubber layers 8 arranged inside the carcass 4 of the side walls 2. A rubber composite including as a rubber component denaturated natural rubber obtained by adding polar radical containing monomer to natural rubber latex, graft-polymerizing the polar radical containing monomer with a natural rubber molecule in the natural rubber latex, and solidifying and drying it is used for at least one of the bead filler 7 and the side reinforcing rubber layer 8.
