A magnetic fastener assembly (100) has counterpart magnetic fastener members (120, 160) that are in detachable magnetic coupled fastening engagement. The magnetic fastener assembly (100) is configurable between an axis aligned magnetic coupled fastening engagement and an axis non-aligned magnetic coupled fastening engagement. The counterpart magnetic fastener members (120, 160) are detachable when in the axis aligned magnetic coupled fastening engagement and are not detachable when in the axis non-aligned magnetic coupled fastening engagement when subject to an axial separation force. |
