<p>Provided is a withstand voltage structure wherein an exposing end surface of an Al layer applied on a back film and a conductive film formed on an end surface of a light transmitting insulating substrate are insulated from each other as much as possible. In a solar battery module, a solar battery cell (55) composed of a transparent electrode film, a photoelectric conversion layer and a rear surface electrode film is laminated on a light transmitting insulating substrate (51), and a lead line, a sealing insulating film (64) which has an opening section for leading out an output lead section of the lead line, and a back film (65) are sequentially laminated on a rear surface electrode film of the solar battery cell (55). A chamfered section (511) of an end surface (51a) of the light transmitting insulating substrate (51) is covered with the sealing insulating film (64), i.e., an adhesive material, and an end surface (651) of the back film (65) and an end surface (641) of the sealing insulating film (64) are formed within a same surface.</p> |
