PURPOSE: A system and a method for navigating using personal information of a mobile terminal are provided to increase user convenience by using personal information to find out a route. CONSTITUTION: A navigation apparatus(10) comprises a GSP module(13), a communications module(11), a storage(15), and a controller(17). The GPS module receives message data from a satellite and computes a current location, and a communication module is connected with a portable terminal and transmits data. The storage has a position vector and at least one of a name, an address, and phone number corresponding to the position vector. The controller searches and guides a route by using the current position calculated by the GPS module and the position vector stored in the stage. |
