A safety diagnosis apparatus for the damage detection in a ceiling slab and a beam of facilities is provided to make a precise diagnosis on the damaged or cracked part possibly by getting on a safety diagnosis boarding unit and approaching to the bottom of a slab of a structure or facilities, and then making a safety diagnosis precisely. A safety diagnosis apparatus for the damage detection in a ceiling slab and a beam of facilities includes a safety diagnosis boarding unit(10) for letting a person making a safety diagnosis of a structure or facilities get on, a driving rotary shaft(20) of the safety diagnosis boarding unit, and a fixing joint(100) having a separation prevention unit(102) formed on the lower part and covering the top and bottom of a rotary wheel(50) coupled to two ends of a braking rotary shaft(80) to prevent the separation of the rotary wheel, and a fixed unit(101) formed on the upper part and fixed to a wall of a structure or facilities. |
