PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent occurence of leakage due to uneven abrasion of a seal material even when an axis of a rotor is laterally directed.SOLUTION: A rotary joint includes a cylindrical rotor 1 mounted coaxially with a rotating shaft of a rotor at one end portion 1A and rotated around an axis O, and a casing 11 disposed at an outer periphery of the rotor 1. Between the rotor 1 and the casing 11, a plurality of sets of seal materials 17A, 17B for sealing between the rotor 1 and the casing 11, and bearing members 19, 21 of the number same as the number of sets of the seal materials 17A, 17B for rotatably supporting the rotor 1 to the casing 11, are disposed in a manner that the first seal material 17A, the first bearing member 19, the second seal material 17B and the second bearing member 21 are alternately disposed in this order from one end portion 1A to the other end portion 1B side of the rotor 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
