PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding machine for a seamless belt capable of effectively suppressing an unevenness of a thickness accuracy of the belt by preventing chatter when a mold is rotated, and a method for manufacturing the belt using it. SOLUTION: The molding machine for centrifugally molding a seamless belt 1 by rotating a cylindrical mold 2 comprises a pair of drive rollers 7 carrying an outer peripheral lower surface of a cover of the mold 2 in contact relation, and a pair of driven rollers 11 carrying the outer peripheral lower surface of the cover of the mold 2 in contact relation and rotated as along with rotation of the mold 2. In this case, since the mold 2 is rotated only by the plurality of the rollers 7 of the driver 4 to make the roller 11 follow the rotation of the mold 2, no unevenness of the speed occurs between the rollers 7 and the rollers 11. Accordingly, vertical movements or an infinitesimal slip of the mold 2 can be effectively prevented, and problems of chatter when the mold 2 is rotated and an unevenness of a thickness accuracy of the belt 1 can be eliminated. |
