The present invention relates to a method and a system for selecting a uterine contraction inhibiting agent on the basis of personal protein damage information by using a base sequence analysis of an individual genome. According to the present invention the method and the system, as a technology which can predict a personal side effect or a danger on a certain drug (i.e., an uterine contraction inhibiting agent) through a sequence analysis of an exon region in a gene for coding various proteins involving in the pharmacodynamics or the pharmacokinetics of the uterine contraction inhibiting agent, are a general-purpose technology which not only has high reliability but also has a wide range of applications. |
