A solar-tracking photovoltaic power-generating apparatus, having a support base (1), a cross-shaped turnover mechanism (6), a primary oscillation mechanism (5), a pitch oscillation mechanism (4), and a rectangular tray (2) bearing a solar power-generating device array (21); the cross-shaped turnover mechanism (6) is fixed onto the upper end of the support base (1) and is connected pivotably on both axes to the centre point of the tray (2); the primary oscillation mechanism (5), by means of a primary winch (51) winding in or winding out an east and a west cable connected to the east and the west edge of the tray, causes the east-west oscillation of the tray, the upper end of the west or east cable being provided with a primary weight (57) and a primary upper pulley (55), the primary weight (57) being used for balancing the difference in length of the upwardly extending part of the east and west cables during the east-west oscillation of the tray; the pitch oscillation mechanism (4), by means of an auxiliary winch (41) winding in or winding out a south and a north cable connected to the south and the north edge of the tray, causes the pitch oscillation of the tray, the upper end of the south or north cable being provided with an auxiliary weight (47) and an auxiliary upper pulley (45), the auxiliary weight (47) being used for balancing the difference in length of the upwardly extending part of the south and north cables during the pitch oscillation of the tray. Wind resistance is improved. |
