The present invention provides a registration information self-service changing method based on a communication network. The present invention configures a registration information self-service changing system to a hospital server, configures a browser system to a user terminal, and establishes data communication between the user terminal and the hospital server through a communication network, thereby enabling a user to be able to complete change of registration information on the hospital server in a self-service manner through the browser system on the user terminal, realizing automation and convenience of the change of the registration information, and completely avoiding complexity of firstly and artificially queuing up for registration withdrawal and then registering again when the user requires to change the registration information.
