PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing plate for use in printing on a can body made of metal, in particular, made of aluminum or aluminum alloy, capable of easy positioning to a plate cylinder.SOLUTION: A printing plate 1 fitted in from the tip side of a cylindrical plate cylinder 2, having a plate part 12 disposed on a plate main body 11, comprises a notch part 14 for positioning which engages a projection 21 for positioning disposed at the rear end of the plate cylinder 2, and a position indicator part 15 disposed at the hand side when installed on the plate cylinder 2 so as to indicate the position of the notch part 14 for positioning.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
