PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processing method of unwound clinker and a processing system of unwound clinker, capable of producing cement clinker which has low contents of chlorine, sulfur and chrome even when increasing a treatment capacity of unwound clinker.SOLUTION: A processing method of unwound clinker includes: a storage step of storing unwound clinker discharged when a cement clinker 40 is at rest; a charging step of charging the stored unwound clinker into a raw material system 20 for producing a firing raw material by blending, mixing and crushing a plurality of clinker raw materials; a firing raw material producing step of producing the firing raw material containing the unwound clinker and the plurality of clinker raw materials by the raw material system 20; a preheating step of preheating the firing raw material with a preheater 30; and a clinker firing step of firing the preheated firing raw material by a cement kiln 40 to produce cement clinker. A processing system 1 of unwound clinker is a system for executing the processing method of unwound clinker.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
