PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism capable of installing a well contact without reducing space efficiency in constituting an image area as much as possible.SOLUTION: The imaging apparatus includes: a first pixel 1110-1, provided for picture imaging; and second pixels 1110-2a and 1110-2b, provided for system control. The second pixels 1110-2a and 1110-2b are configured by including: an upper surface wiring 1119, provided on at least part of the upper surface, for blocking a light flux; and well contacts 1118a and 1118b, provided below the upper wiring 1119, for fixing well potential.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
