HUMAN CYTOMEGALOVIRUS NEUTRALISING ANTIBODIES AND USE THEREOF

Neutralising antibodies which are specific for human cytomegalovirus and bind with high affinity as well as immortalised B cells that produce such an tibodies. The antibodies also have a high potency for the neutralisation of infection. Characterization of the epitopes that the antibodies bind to as w ell as the use of the antibodies and the epitopes in screening methods as we ll as the diagnosis and therapy of disease.
