<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a vessel for liquid propolis capable of preventing degeneration of liquid propolis by keeping the liquid propolis within a quality assurance period, and ensuring each dosage. SOLUTION: Seed 13 of molten glass which is frosted and non-permeable for visible light and ultraviolet ray is fed from an upper opening of a mouth die 10, and settled into a lower part of the assembly of the mouth die 10, an arrow-shaped die 11 and a rough die 12. Air is introduced into the seed from a space part by depressing the arrow-shaped die. A male screw 2b with a lid 3 screwed thereto, and a female screw 2a having a shake-out port 4 from which adhesive liquid propolis 5 is dripped drip by drip, are formed. Next, the rough die is removed, the seed 13 is placed on the mouth die 10 upside down, a barrel die 14 and a bottom die 15 having inner surface shape corresponding to the appearance shape of the glass vessel body 2 are fitted to the mouth die, the mouth die is removed from the barrel part, and air is fed into the seed from the top to manufacture the glass vessel body 2.</p> |
