PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reconcile compactness and measuring precision in a biochemical autoanalyzer of which the reaction container is a disposable type. SOLUTION: The biochemical autoanalyzer is equipped with a reaction tank to which a plurality of disposable cuvets are set, a dispensing part for dispensing a first reagent, a specimen and a second reagent to the cuvets, a photometric part for throwing light on the cuvets to measure the absorbance thereof and a CPU for operating the measured value of the photometric part. The photometric part is constituted so as to measure not only reaction absorbance being absorbance after the first reagent, the specimen and the second reagent are dispensed to the cuvets to be reacted but also the air blank value being the absorbance in a case that the cuvets are empty and a first reagent blank value being the absorbance when only the first reagent is dispensed to the cuvets (S104 and S106). The CPU corrects the reaction absorbance on the basis of at least either one of the air blank value and the first reagent blank value (S112 and S113). COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
