MULTI-BAND REPEATER HAVING FREQUENCY SELECTIVE GAIN CONTROL FUNCTION

The present invention relates to a repeater, and more particularly to a repeater capable of controlling a gain on a per-frequency basis. A multi-band repeater according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a filter unit which separates a first frequency signal and a second frequency signal from an input signal, and outputs the first and second frequency signals; a first gain control unit which generates first gain information by using a first reference signal corresponding to the first frequency signal; a second gain control unit which generates second gain information by using a second reference signal corresponding to the second frequency signal; and an amplification unit which amplifies the first frequency signal by using the first gain information, and amplifies the second frequency signal by using the second gain information. The multi-band repeater according to the present invention controls the gain on the per-frequency basis, thereby enabling the same service regions to be maintained for all frequencies.
