PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a penetration rod wherein the execution of impact work in a state being held by a chuck unit of a penetration tester becomes possible. SOLUTION: A penetration rod is used in a penetration tester, and is provided with a loading table provided freely to rise and fall along a frame, a chuck unit rotatively arranged on the loading table and having a hole penetrated over the entire length and provided with an engaging means energized so as to constantly project toward the hole, and a driving source part for rotatively driving the chuck unit. Furthermore, the rod has a main body shaft part 2 that can be inserted by penetrating the hole of the chuck unit. A locking part 5 with which engaging means of the chuck unit can be engaged is formed on the main body shaft part 2. The locking part 5 has a length wherein the main shaft part 2 can be moved in a longitudinal direction in the state that the engaging means is engaged. |
