PURPOSE: A work piece set up device using servo control and a method thereof are provided to facilitate the transferring of a workpiece by using a workpiece setup pallet and a workpiece processing pallet. CONSTITUTION: A work piece set up device using servo control comprises a workpiece setup pallet(100), a workpiece processing pallet, a servo driver, a PLC, and a control panel. The workpiece setup pallet loads a workpiece on the workpiece holder of a material mount tool(110) and a servo motor(10) is installed below the workpiece setup pallet. The workpiece processing pallet is located parallel to the workpiece setup pallet. The workpiece processing pallet is switched with the workpiece setup pallet through the rotation of 180 degree. The speed and location data of the servomotor is saved in the servo driver. |
