PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a washing agent which is safe without adversely affecting a human body by incorporating a fine powder of nephrite jade into a surface active agent obtained by purifying vegetable or animal oils. SOLUTION: This washing agent for the hair and the whole body is obtained by mixing a liquid or gelled washing agent for the hair and the whole body with the fine powder of nephrite jade. The washing agent can effectively make the best use of the effects which nephrite possesses by incorporating nephrite in the form of the powder having a size of≤17μinto the gelled or liquefied surface active agent obtained by purifying vegetable or animal oils. By mixing a raw material harmless to a human body and an ecosystem into a surface active agent, the washing agent which is environmentally friendly inhibits health disorders such as hair loss and a skin disorder caused by the conventional washing agents for the hair and the whole body which mostly use synthetic surface active agents.
