<p>The muscle exercise equipment is composed of two outer sockets (4) that receive two plastic pipes (8) one in each socket. A retracting and coiling spring is placed inside each pipe (9). A spindle is fitted in each socket (10). Each of the two outer socket interiors is fitted with a metallic pipe (1, 7), which have the ability to fit inside each other. One axis (12) penetrates the interior of the pipes that is encircled by the spring (11) and a belt is attached all encircling the whole piece of equipment (2), which passes into the exercise equipment. By putting pressure on the belt and pressing the spindles (10) with the ends of the feet, they are pushed with the help of the springs towards the centre of the piece of equipment up to the joining of the central axis (12). In parallel with the inward movement of the extremities, the pipes (1, 7) move inside each other. The coiling and retracting of the springs is made possible through the exertion of muscular strength resulting in the exercising of all of the muscles of the body.</p> |
