PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To loosely regulate a moving plate by providing a locking means capable of displacing at least one of a hood section and the moving plate in the separating direction from the other side on a male connector, abutting a female connector with the locking means in the coupling process of both connectors, and dissociating the female connector from the locking means. SOLUTION: An arm section 16 is elastically deflected without applying unreasonable pressing force to an abutting face by the coupling of induction slopes 18, 27 of a release piece 26 and the arm section 16 as a means displacing the arm section 16 idly regulating a moving plate 13 in the dissociating direction. A locking lug 17 is prevented from being deformed to be chipped, and the edge of a locking hole is prevented from being deformed. When the idle regulation is released, the release piece 26 is locked on the tip of the arm section 16, thus the pressing force for elastically deflecting the arm section 16 can be reduced. The stress developed on the release piece 26 by the elastic restoring force of the arm section 16 is suppressed small, and the deformation of the release piece 26 is prevented.
