An organic light emitting display apparatus having a TFT(Thin Film Transistor) and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to prevent the deterioration of display quality by making the TFT having an active layer with various crystallization properties. An organic light emitting display apparatus having a TFT includes a substrate(110), a first ploy crystalline silicon TFT, a second ploy crystalline silicon TFT, and a metal film pattern(120). A pixel area and a non-pixel area are defined on the substrate(110). The first ploy crystalline silicon TFT is formed on the pixel area. The second ploy crystalline silicon TFT is formed on the non-pixel area. The metal film pattern(120) is formed on the pixel area under the first ploy crystalline silicon TFT. The crystal grain size of the second ploy crystalline silicon TFT is bigger than the crystal grain size of the first ploy crystalline silicon TFT. |
