PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily measure a flow direction and flow rate at an observation point even under a severe weather condition.SOLUTION: A radio wave type level gage comprises: first measurement means for acquiring a first flow rate vector as a measurement result by radiating a transmission wave onto an observation point on a water surface and receiving a reflection wave; second measurement means provided at a different position from the first measurement means, for acquiring a second flow rate vector as a measurement result by radiating a transmission wave onto an observation point and receiving a reflection wave; and computation means for calculating a flow rate vector at an observation point on the basis of vector composition of the first flow rate vector and the second flow rate vector.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
