PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an undermount structure for freezer vehicle wherein mounting/demounting to a vehicle of a motor driven compressor, a backup battery, and a control circuit, all being element instruments, and alteration of installation position are easily achieved, and those components can be installed with a good weight balance. SOLUTION: An undermount structure for freezing vehicle is adapted such that there are disposed at a lower portion of a vehicle using separate individual mount means 41 a compressor containing box 15 for containing a motor driven compressor 11 for a freezing cycle, a battery containing box 28 for containing a backup battery 27a for properly supplying electric power to the motor driven compressor 11, and a control circuit containing box 33 for containing a control circuit 30 including an inverter 25, etc., and controlling the rotation of the motor driven compressor 11. Hereby, the respective mount means 41 are made common, and the respective containing boxes 15, 28, 33 are forced to slide for mounting, and then anchored.
