Provided is an adhesive agent composition which exhibits a high adhesion force between various sheet-like members, particularly between layers including a surface treatment layer for a plastic film, can keep a high adhesion force even when exposed to high-temperature and high-humidity environments, and is suitable for the production of a back surface protecting sheet for a solar cell. An adhesive agent composition for a laminate sheet according to the present invention comprises (A) an acrylic polyol and (B) a polyisocyanate, wherein the acrylic polyol (A) has a number average molecular weight of 10,000-100,000, a hydroxyl value of 1-100 mgKOH/g and a glass transition temperature (Tg) of higher than -40°C and 10°C or lower and the equivalent ratio of an isocyanate group derived from the polyisocyanate (B) to a hydroxy group derived from the acrylic polyol (A), i.e., an NCO/OH ratio, is 0.1-3. |
