PURPOSE: A method for fabricating a rotor of a motor is provided to be capable of improving productivity and working by simplifying the fabrication process of the rotor. CONSTITUTION: A method for fabricating a rotor of a motor comprises pressing an iron plate so as to have a rotor shape, attaching a magnet after pasting an adhesive on the pressed iron plate, and performing an injection molding process to fix the magnet, attached by the step for attaching, to the rotor strongly. A cooling hole and a cooling pin are formed at a lower surface of the rotor so as to cool heating generated from a stator.
