PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To convey various parts efficiently, to align them in a specific attitude, and to deliver them. SOLUTION: This parts aligning device aligns asymmetrical parts P having different shapes of both end parts in specific direction by an attitude selection mechanism 50 and delivers them while transferring these parts P by a transfer mechanism 30. The attitude selection mechanism 50 is provided with a selection rotary body 51 rotated by the parts P in a transfer path for the parts P. The selection rotary body 51 is provided with a hooking part 52 hooked on the parts P being transferred and rotated by them and a selection recessed part 53 for guiding the parts P hooked in the hooking part 52 at its outer periphery. The selection recessed part 53 has an asymmetrical shape for guiding normal attitude parts P', transferring them through a transfer groove 4, and dropping abnormal attitude parts P" from the transfer groove 4. In this parts aligning device, the parts P being transferred rotate the selection rotary body 51 in the hooking part 52, and the selection recessed part 53 of the rotated selection rotary body 51 guides the normal attitude parts P' into the inside, transfers them through the transfer groove 4, and removes the asymmetrical attitude parts P" from the transfer groove 4.
