The present invention relates to a separating method and a separating system of an ionic surfactant which can significantly reduce environmental pollution and cost problems. The separating method of an ionic surfactant is analyzed while changing pH of a mobile phase, when analyzing a solution including two or more ionic surfactants using a high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC).
