发明名称 SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR IMAGING CHANGES IN TISSUE
摘要 The present invention provides systems and methods for monitoring tissue regions. In particular, the present invention provides systems and methods for detecting changes in tissue regions over a period of time. In some embodiments, the systems and methods of the present invention are used to evaluate the effectiveness of a particular treatment of a tissue region. In some embodiments, the systems and methods of the present invention provide a parametric response map approach for detecting and analyzing changes in tissue regions over a period of time to detect and monitor disease or tissue health and to monitor the impact of therapeutic interventions.

主权项 1. A method for detecting changes in a tissue region, the method comprising: a) obtaining a first set of parametric measurement data for a tissue region with an imaging device, the first set of parametric measurement data comprising a plurality of voxels; b) obtaining one or more subsequent sets of parametric measurement data, each subsequent set of parametric measurement data comprising a plurality of voxels, and the subsequent sets of parametric measurement data being obtained with an imaging device; c) registering the one or more subsequent sets of parametric measurement data with the first set of parametric measurement data; d) determining whether there is a change in the tissue region by comparing at least a portion of voxels of the one or more subsequent sets of parametric measurement data with corresponding voxels of the first set of parametric measurement data, wherein comparing comprises determining, for each voxel and corresponding voxel compared, whether there is an increase, decrease, or no change in a parametric measurement property of the voxel; and e) characterizing the state of the tissue region based on the comparison of one or more subsequent sets of parametric measurement data with the first set of parametric measurement data.
