The present invention provides a pack that can be applied to the face in a state in which the natural skin firmness is maximized and that can supply sufficient moisture to the skin. A pack (1) includes a base material (2), which is made of a nonwoven or woven fabric, and a gel (3). At least the gel (3) retains a cosmetic composition. The pack (1) has a sheet-like shape and is used such that the gel (3) is applied to the face. The pack (1) has a longitudinal extension rate of 15 to 50 % when applied to the face, a transverse extension rate of 3 to 14 % when applied to the face, a longitudinal 50-percent-extension recovery rate of 50 % or more when applied to the face, and a bleed rate of 9 to 16 %. |
