摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multicore optical fiber connection structure constituted by connecting the end faces of first and second multicore optical fibers to each other for achieving reflection reduction at a connection part. <P>SOLUTION: A multicore optical fiber connection structure 1 includes: multicore optical fibers 10 and 20; ferrules 30 and 40 and a sleeve 50. End faces 14 and 24 of the multicore optical fibers 10 and 20 are inclined to a face which is vertical to a fiber shaft. The multicore optical fiber 10 and the multicore optical fiber 20 are arranged such that their fiber shafts are made in parallel with each other, and that their end faces are faced to each other.
