PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter device that can improve washing force of back wash.SOLUTION: In the filter device, a second passage system 31 includes a pressure wave application part, the pressure wave application part includes a receiver tank 38 for storing compressed-air and a valve for applying a pressure wave to a filter element 13 by the compressed-air supplied toward a flow-straightening part 15, a first passage system 21 includes a subsequent stage exhaust passage 24 for discharging back washing fluid containing a foreign matter that is removed from the filter element 13 by application of the pressure wave from a space on an in-flow side, and the receiver tank 38 has a capacity equal to or larger than a capacity of the flow-straightening part 15.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
