PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively remove the stain of a bathroom by uniformly and effectively spraying a detergent and water over a wide area. SOLUTION: This device has a water jetting nozzle part 13a and a detergent jetting nozzle part 14a provided on the wall surface 6 of a bathroom 3 and arranged so that at least either one of a bathtub 4 or a washing place 5 can be washed. At least either one of the part 13a or the part 14a is freely displaceable so that the part high in flow rate of a jet stream jetted from the nozzle part collides to a very dirty part of at least either one of the bathtub 4 or the place 5. Thus, the direction of at least one of the nozzle parts can be changed to wash every corner of the bathtub 4, the place 5, or the like. In addition, since the part high in flow rate of the jet stream collides to the very dirty part of the bathtub 4 and the place 5, the stain can efficiently be removed.
