The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a polyalkylene carbonate resin. More particularly, the manufacturing method of a polyalkylene carbonate resin uses a distributor installed to a distillation apparatus to purify a polyalkylene carbonate-containing reaction mixture generated during a manufacturing process of a polyalkylene carbonate resin, and reduces a concentration of an unreacted monomer to be less than 1 wt% while separating polyalkylene polycarbonate from the reaction mixture. Thus, the manufacturing method of the polyalkylene carbonate resin reuses and easily handles a separated solvent while producing a product having excellent physical properties.
