摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a positive electrode plate, capable of simultaneously achieving an improvement in adhesion between a positive electrode active material layer and a positive electrode foil, proper adjustment in the viscosity of a positive electrode paste, and fabrication of a positive electrode paste suppressed in aggregation of carbon black and graphite.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a positive electrode plate 121 includes the steps of: dispersing a first conductive material 30 comprising carbon black, a second conductive material 40 comprising graphite, a dispersant 20 comprising PVA having a molecular weight of 5,000-45,000 and an acetalization degree of 40-70 mol%, a binder 50, and a positive electrode active material 60 into a solvent 10 to prepare a positive electrode paste 80; and coating the positive electrode paste 80 on a positive electrode foil 122 to form a positive electrode active material layer 123.
