PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quantum dot sheet that can suppress unevenness in color during light emission and suppress the occurrence of poor appearance when a second optically transparent substrate is adhered to a surface of a quantum dot layer opposite to a surface on a first optically transparent substrate side, a backlight device, a display, and a manufacturing method of the quantum dot sheet.SOLUTION: According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a quantum dot sheet 10 comprising: an optically transparent substrate 11; and a quantum dot layer 12 that is adhered to one face 11A of the optically transparent substrate 11 and includes quantum dots 16 and a binder resin 17 converting the wavelength of light, wherein the film thickness accuracy of the quantum dot layer 12 is 20% or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
