PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To convert a polymer wax peeling waste liquid into valuable fuel while avoiding problematic generation of hazardous substances and completely eliminating generation of industrial waste. SOLUTION: Acid is added to the polymer wax peeling waste liquid mixed with a release agent (step S5), which precipitates gelatinous semisolid polymer masses comprising only polymers in the waste liquid, and changes the hazardous release agent into salt to extract the polymer masses (step S6). An alkaline liquid is added to the waste liquid from which polymer wax has been eliminated to neutralize the waste liquid (step S8), and the waste liquid is mixed with an adsorbent (step S9) and then vacuum dried (step S10) to obtain a solid matter. Solid fuel is taken out of the solid matter and the extracted polymer to obtain valuable fuel by excluding the occurrence of industrial waste. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
