摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for easily inexpensively enhancing sweet taste and body taste of food, to provide a food producing method using the method, to provide a food produced by using the production method, and to provide a seasoning composition for enhancing sweet taste and body taste. <P>SOLUTION: The method for enhancing sweet taste and body taste of food includes using a yeast extract which has 5 wt.% or more of free amino acid. Furthermore, in the method for enhancing sweet taste and body taste of food, the combined value of the inosinic acid content and the guanylic acid content of the yeast extract is 1 wt.% or above. The food producing method includes using either of the methods for enhancing sweet taste and body taste.
