According to the present invention, a meshed chiral metamaterial comprises a plurality of unit cells which are repeatedly arranged on a flat surface. The unit cells are composed of a plurality of spiral structures; and moreover, the spiral structures included in the unit cells are configured to be rotational symmetry about an axis in a direction of a normal line with respect to the flat surface. As such, unit cells adjacent to each other of the unit cells are connected to each other through the spiral structures.
