PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image formation device with which it is possible to downsize a portion for doing connection and disconnection between a rotary member of a developer recovery container and a rotation transmission mechanism in a mounting structure for removably mounting the developer recovery container.SOLUTION: The rotation transmission mechanism of this image formation device has: a shaft disposed in a state conforming to the direction of movement of a developer recovery container accompanied by attachment/detachment operations; a fixed transmission member disposed in a state in which a position thereof is fixed and rotatably driven; a displacement transmission member attached to the shaft so as to be displaced and to rotate in the axial direction of the shaft in linkage with the movement of the developer recovery container accompanied by attachment/detachment operations, the member being displaced so as to approach and connect to the fixed transmission member when the developer recovery container is attached and displaced so as to be separated and disconnected from the fixed transmission member when the developer recovery container is detached; and a movement member for moving the displacement transmission member toward the fixed transmission member. The developer recovery container has a stopping part that comes in contact with the movement member and moves the movement member toward the fixed transmission member when the developer recovery container is attached.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12 |
