PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device in which power consumption is reduced by preventing an operational defect and reliability reduction caused by a voltage drop, signal transmission delay, signal waveform distortion or the like caused by increase of wiring resistance.SOLUTION: Gate wiring is formed from a conductive layer containing copper, and signal wiring formed from a part of the same conductive layer as a source electrode and a drain electrode is connected electrically in series or in parallel with wiring formed from a part of the same conductive layer as the gate wiring. Therefore, without increasing a width or thickness of signal wiring, wiring resistance of signal wiring is reduced substantially. |
