PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire with drain holes which can be formed when vulcanizing a raw tire in a mold, having improved braking performance on a wet road surface or on an ice/snow covered road surface. SOLUTION: The tire has rubber blocks 3 each partitioned with a peripheral groove 1 and a cross groove 2 and provided on a tread part. The rubber blocks 3 each have the drain holes 4A, 4B opened to the tread face, the side face, or the sipe face in two or more positions and communicated with each other.
