PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an arcuate syringe type pump.SOLUTION: The syringe type pump includes: a barrel curved in a shape of one section of an annular tube 2 having an axis line extending in the lengthwise direction and a connection opening so that fluid flows to the vicinity of one end part 3 of the barrel; a piston 4 capable of moving along the axis line which is firmly engaged with the inside of the barrel; and a flexible drive rod 6 which alternately moves the piston. The drive rod is provided with a brace 11 along an outer curve of the drive rod for improving the sliding characteristics which is slidably supported along a middle plane of the inner surface of the wall of the barrel.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
