In order to enable a bending relaxation member to be mounted easily in a state in which a twisted wire or the like is damaged as little as possible, this wiring module equipped with an external cover member is provided with: an external cover pipe; a first electroconductive linear member which passes through the interior of the external cover pipe, and one end of which extends from an opening on one end of the external cover pipe; a second electroconductive linear member connected to the one end of the first electroconductive linear member via a connecting part which is outside of the opening on one end of the external cover pipe; and a bending relaxation member, one end of which is secured to the opening on one end of the external cover pipe, said bending relaxation member surrounding the first electroconductive linear member and extending to the connecting part or beyond the connecting part, and capable of undergoing elastic bending deformation more easily than the external cover pipe. The bending relaxation member includes a spiral wire-like body formed by connecting two sections describing a spiral, said sections being connected at the other end of the bending relaxation member so as to surround the first electroconductive linear member.
