PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric die cast machine equipped with a hydraulic impact absorbing device excellent in reliability and durability.SOLUTION: An electric die cast machine is equipped with a screw shaft; a nut body; an injection plunger driven to retract with the advancing/retracting of the nut body; and an injecting electric servo motor which rotation-drives the screw shaft. Between the nut body and the injection plunger, an impact absorbing device 30 for absorbing serge pressure acted on the injection plunger is provided. The electric die cast machine is equipped with a hydraulic cylinder 31; a relief valve 32 which actuates relief when the hydraulic pressure of an oil chamber of the hydraulic cylinder 31 becomes set pressure; an accumulator 33 which accumulates compression oil relieved from the relief valve 32; and a check valve 34 which returns the compression oil of the accumulator 33 to the hydraulic cylinder 31 through an oil path 43 bypassing the relief valve 32.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
