A method and apparatus for analyzing user behaviors. The method comprises: acquiring in real time user information of multiple users, the user information comprising user basic information and user behavior information; storing the acquired user information of the multiple users in the form of a linked list in a preset data unit on an access device side; and querying the user information by using preset multiple indexes of the preset data unit, and performing user behavior analysis according to the queried user information, the multiple indexes being hash indexes established for the preset data unit by selecting keywords in the user information. According to the method, the user information acquired in real time is stored in the preset data unit on the access device side, and the keywords in the user information are selected to establish multiple hash indexes for the preset data unit, so that classified data searching and analysis is facilitated, the access device is capable of detecting special user behaviors, and technical support is provided for predicting market demands and better satisfying user demands through analyzing user behaviors. |
