PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in the conventional locking of a dwelling house and a garage, wherein such operations are troublesome that taking a vehicle out of the garage after locking the dwelling house when going out and further locking the garage when a key is present in the garage, and unlocking the dwelling house when returning after taking the vehicle into the garage and further locking the garage when the key is present in the garage. SOLUTION: This lock system for controlling a locking device set in the entrance, window or the like of the dwelling house comprises an outgoing detecting means for detecting the completion of outgoing of the vehicle, and a locking control means for locking the locking device of the dwelling house when the outgoing completion is detected by the outgoing detection means. This lock system further comprises an ingoing detection means for detecting the completion of ingoing of the vehicle, and an unlocking control means for unlocking the locking device of the dwelling house when the ingoing completion is detected by the ingoing detection means.
