<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To configure an adaptor for micromemory card so that a satisfactorily accurate contact-pressure is obtained between a terminal of the micro memory card and a micro-memory-card-corresponding terminal, and the contact-pressure between the terminal of the micro memory card and the micro-memory-card-corresponding terminal may be kept at the initial value even if the adaptor for micro memory card is left in a severe environmental condition. <P>SOLUTION: A lower case 50 and an upper case 60 are combined and ultrasonic-welded via an insert-molding module 11. The insert-molding module 11 is configured by insert-molding a plurality of terminal members 12 and a metallic cover 20. A gap 40 smaller than the thickness of the micro memory card 1 exists between the micro-memory-card-corresponding terminal 14 and the metallic cover 20.
