PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a rotary electric machine's stator iron core having little residual stress caused by outer diameter punch-out of circular steel plates, without using a reverse presser.SOLUTION: A rotary electric machine 1 includes a stator iron core 8 including stacked circular steel plates 21 having n teeth 7 arranged in the circumferential direction on the inner peripheral side. A circular steel plate 21 has an outer diameter part composed of first outer diameter parts 35 and second outer diameter parts 36. Arrangement order of a shear surface 61 and a fracture surface 62 in the thickness direction of the circular steel plate 21, at inner diameter end parts of the n teeth 7 and outer end parts of the first outer diameter parts 35 is reverse to arrangement order of a shear surface 61 and a fracture surface 62 in the thickness direction of the circular steel plate 21, at outer end parts of the second outer diameter parts 36. A central angle of at least one of the first outer diameter parts 35 is larger than 360°/n; the sum of the central angles of the first outer diameter parts 35 is larger than that of central angles of the second outer diameter parts 36.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
